The program generally self activates when it runs for the first time. The Shozam window title bar should clearly identify if it is running in trial mode or in the edition you purchased. Here are some common related situations and how you can address them.
If Shozam cannot connect to the activation server successfully, activation fails. In that case we do a manual activation of the program. For this, please provide us the following information:

Once activated, you can still use any galleries you created using the trial version of Shozam. Note however that in order for Shozam to process those images again, it will need to find the original files at the same location from where you added them in the first place. Also, Shozam generates galleries in '\My Documents\My Shozam Trial Galleries\'. It is a good idea, once you have Shozam activated, to re-generate those galleries in '\My Documents\My Shozam Galleries\'. This is the default location for new galleries you create with an activated edition of Shozam.
A gallery that was originally created with the free trial version of Shozam always has the following characteristics.
Once the gallery is modified using an activated copy of Shozam, user will generally change the Gallery Title. This will not change the Page Title. The solution is to save gallery to a new location, such as:
