In some rare instances the program does not start correctly and you cannot access the Activation tab in Step 1. Here is a workaround enabling you to see the computer hardware number as well as as being able to enter an activation key. Follow these steps:

1. Find program icon located on your desktop. Right-click -> Properties

2. Copy what is in the field for "Target" (including quotes)

3. Go to the Start menu -> Run

4. Paste the "Target" and type "register" (no quotes) after the copied information. Likely something like:
"C:\Program Files\Shozam\Shozam.exe" register

The "Enter Key" box should appear, along with the Hardware Fingerprint.

Once you have obtained the Hardware Fingerprint code, please reply to this email with the code so we can assist you further. Once the code is received, we will be able to manually send you your Serial Number key to enter in that window and which will activate the program.
