If you have not yet done so, please install Shozam on the computer you need to have activated. You can install the latest version of Shozam from our website. The program will run in trial mode until your computer gets activated.

Please send us the following information:

• Order ID (or email address provided at the time of your purchase)
• Hardware Number as it is identified on the Activation tab in Step 1 of Shozam on the computer you need activated (copy and paste to avoid errors)

NOTE: New activations may automatically disable previously activated hardware numbers.

Then you will also need to move the 'My Shozam Galleries 'and 'My Shozam Themes' folders from 'My Documents' on your old computer to the new computer.

It is also highly recommended to keep the original source images you used to create the gallery in the same relative location. For example, if your images were in "D:\Photos", then have them be available in same location accessible from the new computer. This will ensure that the link Shozam keeps for each image, to the original source, is preserved. This is needed if you ask Shozam to re-process images in your gallery, like when changing the image compression level or the image watermark settings.

One other thing recommended to do is to go into Step 6 of Shozam on your old computer and write down the settings from the Preset tab. You will need to enter those on your computer, test them and save them there to ensure Shozam uploads to the correct location.
