Sometimes it is helpful to send us a screenshot of what you see on your computer in order for us to best understand any issues you may be facing. To take and send us a screenshot, please follow these steps:

• Make sure the window you want to take a screenshot of is 'active' (just clicking anywhere in a window will ensure it is 'active')
• Hold down the 'Alt' key and then click the 'Prt Scr' (Print Screen) key on your keyboard (this will take a snapshot of the active window and place it in the 'clipboard', the computer's memory)
• Go to "Start" - >  All Programs -> Accessories - > Paint
• Go to  “Edit” and select “paste” or h old down 'Ctrl' key and click 'v' key (this is the shortcut to paste whatever is in the computer's 'clipboard' or memory)
• Go to File - > Save as - > save the image as jpg file
• Send this file as attachment to the email response to us
