Shozam generally self-activates when downloaded and installed from the link provided to you at the time of purchase. If self-activation fails or you later need to activate the program on a new computer, you will need to contact us with the order id of your Shozam purchase and the hardware number of your computer. We will then provide you with an activation key for that computer.

Please take the steps below...

First download the latest version of Shozam and install it on the computer you need to have activated. You can install the latest version of Shozam from our website.

The program will run in trial mode until your computer gets activated. Please send us the following information so we can generate and send you the activation key.

• Order ID (or email address provided at the time of your purchase)
• Hardware Number as it is identified on the Activation tab in Step 1 of Shozam on the computer you need activated (copy and paste to avoid errors)

UPGRADES: If you have purchased an edition upgrade, please provide Order IDs for all editions you purchased; you will need a separate key for each order and you will need to successively use them to activate the computer to the highest edition.

Submit a support ticket and include the Order ID and Hardware Number.
