For new activations, please send the following information to Shozam Helpdesk:

• Order number
• Hardware number of the computer system(s) that were not activated and you need to activate
• Hardware number of the computer system(s) that were previously activated and you need to remain activated
• Confirmation that you are in compliance with the usage restrictions identified in section 5.2 of the EULA

Note: We have to de-activate all other previous activations.

You can find the hardware number for a computer system that does not yet have Shozam installed by installing the free trial edition from our Web site and then looking on the Activation Tab in Step 1 of the program.
