Recent Gallery changes are not uploading either check/uncheck upload recent files option at Step 6.
Upload gallery and view online, then make a modification to your gallery and upload gallery. View online gallery not browsing recent changes.
Your gallery files may have uploaded successfully but one of the following reasons are keeping you away from seeing the update.
1) You have uploaded gallery files to some other location. So the path used to upload your files is different than the path used in the web browser to view the files.
2) Your browser or some other device on your network has cached the previous version of the gallery so your browser is not showing your the latest update
Go to Step 6 in Shozam and verify that the Upload Preset you use to upload your gallery is indeed the same location where you view files. Check Test connection and then check Test View and verify correct timestamp.

If possible, use a different computer or web browser to access the online gallery and verify that way your changes have been uploaded. To empty or refresh the cache from your computer's browser, click Ctrl+F5. For a more thorough refresh, check your browser's options and refer to their documentation on how to empty the browser's cache. If the older data is in the animated portion of your gallery's intro page, you will also need to empty the Flash Player cache.
