There are three main components to the Admin Area:
Admin ToolbarThe top admin toolbar provides shortcuts to important admin pages and live pages of your site. As long as you are logged in you will see the top toolbar when viewing the admin pages or the live site pages. The toolbar provides an easy way to switch between viewing the admin area and viewing the live area of your site.
The admin navigation menu is on the left side of the window whenever you are in the admin area. Hover over the items to see sub-menus. Click on any of the links to see that admin page or screen.
The first screen you see when you log into your blog is the Dashboard pageof your admin area. The dashboard page provides a quick overview of what’s happening with your blog while also supplying tools to navigate to other areas of your admin panel. Click on the Dashboard link at the top of the navigation menu to return to the dashboard area of your site when you are on any page within your administration panel.
Click on any other link on the admin navigation menu to see other admin pages. Some links will show web pages that are not strictly part of the admin area. To get back to the admin area click the back button in your browser .
